A luxury salad packed with proteins and a great dish when hosting a large reception
Ingredients
4cupsof mix salad greensshredded
400g./ 14 oz. Surimicrab imitation
400g./ 14 oz. smoked salmon slices
400g./14 oz. baby shrimp
3tablespoonsred caviar
For the dressing:
11/2cupsmayonnaiseuse a good quality
½cupketchup
Salt to taste
A dash of freshly grated black pepper
Instructions
Fill a pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
Drop the baby shrimp in the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the shrimp.
Arrange the green mix salad in a large shallow serving bowl.
Scatter the smoked salmon, surimi and baby shrimp on top of the green salad mix. Garnish with the red caviar.
For the dressing:
Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl and drizzle on top of the salad almost covering the dish. Serve chilled!
