Description

 These peanut butter Nutella Rice Krispie Pinwheelsare so much fun to make and dufficult to resist – even a novice can easily achieve! Just add some fun to the rice krispies by adding peanut butter and powdered sugar, smother with Nutella and roll it into a log.

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g. /14 oz. peanut butter jar
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 31/2 cups rice krispies
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter and rice krispies. Stir until the mixture is well combined.

  • Line a shallow oven pan (42cmx8cm/16inchesx3inches) with waxed paper and butter the waxed paper.
  • Evenly press the mixture into the prepared pan.

  • Smother the nutella evenly on top.

  • Using the waxed paper, delicately roll the peanut butter Nutella Krispies into a tight log.

  • Freeze for half an hour, add the mini marshmallows on top and place under a broiler, and watch for the marshmallows until they become brown – it takes about 1-2 minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy!!
