Chocolate Ice Cream.
Description
Here is a chocolate ice cream recipe that is rich, so simple to make and so incredibly yummy
Ingredients
- 1 small sweetened condensed milk 78 g. / 3 oz.
- 2 cans evaporated milk 170g. /6oz. each
- 2 envelopes of Klop-Klop or Dream Whip or your favorite brand each envelope is 35g. /1.3 oz
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Setting the electric mixer on high speed, beat all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer. Beat with the mixer for another 5 minutes, breaking the frozen part. At this stage you have a creamy mixture.
- Freeze for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and beat for 5 minutes for the last time.
- Now remove the chocolate cream mixture to a large container, you can add at this stage chocolate chips, crushed snicker bars or crushed kinder bueno (that is totally optional)
- Freeze for a minimum of 12 hours. Enjoy!
