Description

A great appetizer for any party and a deliciously addictive snack that works well for evening gatherings or while watching your favorite football team

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g./3.5 oz. Cheddar cheese grated
  • 100 g./3.5 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • A dash of chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized oven proof ramekin.
  • Bake uncovered for about 5-6 minute or until bubbly and top slightly changes color.
